Pre-Paid Engraved Perpetual Plaque Plate Program includes 11 engraved perpetual plates which will complete your 12 plate perpetual plaque for a full year. Whether your perpetual plaque recognizes monthly, quarterly or annual recipients, you’ll eventually need to order additional nameplates. You don’t need to send the plaque or the nameplate back to us. Email us with the plaque information and we’ll pull up your past perpetual plaque order. Give us the new engraving text and we’ll engrave and ship your new plate out in 2-3 days. Then you can just take the blank plate off your plaque and add the newly engraved one. It’s as simple as that. Regular ground shipping is included in the package price!
