If you don’t have your text and engraving information at the time you place your order, you should still go ahead and order your awards. In addition, you will receive a digital art proof from our graphics department that lays your logo and text out on a template of your award or gift items. The timing of this depends on several factors, but is generally within two days of your order placement. After we have received your artwork approval, your awards will be laser engraved, cleaned, polished and packaged with the utmost of care.
