Submitting Artwork

• If you don’t have your text and engraving information at the time you place your order, you should still go ahead and order your awards. That will give us time to make your components and schedule your order. Customer service will provide you with a timeline to provide your text and logo information to keep your order on schedule for your requirements. First of all you will receive a digital art proof from our graphics department. It lays your logo and text out on a template of the award or gift items. The timing of this is generally within two days of your order placement. Therefore, you will need to APPROVE ? this artwork before we will begin production of your awards!
