Engraved Perpetual Plaque Plates Whether your perpetual plaque recognizes monthly, quarterly or annual recipients, you’ll eventually need to order additional nameplates. You don’t need to send the plaque or the nameplate back to us. You can contact us with the plaque information and we’ll pull up your past order information. You can email us the new engraving text and we’ll engrave and ship your new plate out in 2-3 days. Then you can just take the blank plate off your plate, and add the newly engraved one. It’s as simple as that. Regular ground freight shipping is included in our price.
