This Walnut Finish 12 Plate Multiple Tag Plaque is the perfect plaque to recognize monthly, quarterly or yearly achievements. This walnut finish plaque is economical and comes in three sizes and plate configurations. The header plate can feature your company logo, award name or special achievement levels.
The header plate and one perpetual plate engraving is included in price. Pre-paid annual nameplates – $16.36 per plate, which includes monthly shipping costs. Pay as you go nameplates are $ 21.85 per plate, which also includes standard ground shipping costs. Simply email us your monthly award winners name and we ship you back a new plate to attach.
Our professional staff of graphic artists will take your logo and text and creatively lay them out on the awards you have chosen. They will carefully consider the award type and its purpose, the text and logo you’ve supplied and then will set up your award with the fonts, layout and sizing that will look the best for your Multiple Tag Walnut Finish Perpetual Plaque.
If you don’t have your text and engraving information at the time you place your order, you should still go ahead and order your awards. That will give us time to make your components and schedule your order.
